The teams on season 25 of The Amazing Race have seen their fair share of difficult tasks so far as they race for $1 million, but what they will encounter in Singapore could be a game-changer for all of them.

Tim & Te Jay Talk Elimination & Bad Detour Choices

The remaining teams-surfers Adam and Bethany, scientists Amy and Maya, Wrestlers Brooke and Robbie, Cyclists Kym and Alli, and Dentists Misti and Jim-will all head to the country last visited in season 16 of the show, where they will find themselves walking on tight ropes, trying to win the highly coveted Fast Forward prize, and going for what they assume will be a relaxing day at the spa.

However, in a preview clip for the episode, it quickly becomes evident to the teams that this trip to Singapore won't allow them to have any kind of relaxation, as a Detour at the spa will be significantly more painful than they initially believed-and will cause Amy to have some of the strongest reactions to the pain.

Dentists In 'Big Trouble?'

"Enjoy a cleanse, Singapore style," the voiceover for the Nov. 28 episode, You're Taking My Tan Off warns, as various racers, specifically Amy cry out in pain and appear to suffer from some intense bruising during the task.

"I don't want to be here anymore," Amy cries in the clip.

And the unpleasant spa task won't be the only ones they encounter, as a Roadblock will once again force teams to conquer a fear of heights by walking a tight rope-this time suspended between two buildings-high up in the air...something that Jim will have some trouble with-and could cause Misti to panic when she realizes her husband is dangling from the wire, hundreds of feet in the air.

In addition, teams will be trying to get ahold of the coveted Fast Forward, which allows them to skip all other tasks and go directly to the Pit Stop-but that too may prove to be difficult, as Kym and Allie have trouble staying up on the surfboards they are riding during the task.

The Amazing Race airs Fridays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
