'Cake Boss' News: Owner & Star Of The Show Arrested For Drunk Driving [VIDEO]
Bartolo Valastro Jr. the owner and star of Cake Boss, was arrested and charged with a DWI late on Thursday.

According to The New York Times, Mr. Valastra "Buddy" was pulled over by officers after they observe him driving his yellow 2014 Corvette erratically in Midtown.
The New York Times also reported that he was traveling north on 10th Avenue and weaving in and out of his lane and was stopped at 1:03 AM.
The police told the magazine that when he was asked to step out of the vehicle, he was unsteady on his feat and failed a breath test before being taken to custody.
They said he was arraigned on Thursday afternoon in Criminal Court in Manhattan and released on his own recognizance. They also said he declined to speak to reported upon leaving court.
NBC New York claims that when the police attempted to arrest Buddy, his response was, "You cannot arrest me. I am the Cake Boss." They reported that Buddy requested to be put into a cab rather than taken to jail.
Buddy then released a statement to his family, friends and fans that read: "Please know that I want to share and explain to you what happened today and I look forward to doing so at a later date. I appreciate your support and understanding as we handle things privately as a family."
