When it comes to the most anticipated show on TV, fans are always desperately trying to get their hands on exclusive sneak peeks and season spoilers, but in this case, not so much.

The Walking Dead, one of the most watched shows on television, aired their season 5 mid season finale this past Sunday and while some fans were left sitting on their edge of their seats draw dropped and shocked, fans on the west coast were left unhappy.

After Sunday's east coast premiere of Coda, the mid season finale, the official Walking Dead Facebook page shared a photo of a lifeless Beth being carried by Daryl, and to make matters worse, the image was captioned, "RIP Beth."

Luckily for the East Coast viewers, they already knew what happened but unfortunately for the fans on the other side of the country, the photo came entirely too soon and they are definitely upset.

According to the Daily Mail, more than 120,000 commenters expressed their disapproval of the spoiler and hopefully AMC has learned a valuable lesson.

Since then, The Walking Dead Facebook page has released an apology ensuring fans that a mistake like this won't happen again.
