Todd Chrisley Job: 'Chrisley Knows Best' Star Sued Twice For Sexual Harassment, Lawsuit Resurfaces [VIDEO]
Todd Chrisley continues to face explosive drama off camera as the second season of USA's Chrisley Knows Best is in full swing; new reports reveal that former employees of his company Chrisly Asset Management sued him for sexual harassment amid him fighting speculation he is homosexual.

According to Radar Online recently, the trio claimed that Chrisley frequently "commented on the size of his penis, invited male employees to 'jerk off' with him in the restroom, inappropriately touched employees, and routinely made sexual gestures toward his subordinates."
That lawsuit was filed back in January 2010. But it was not the first time Chrisley had come under legal fire for alleged inappropriate sexual comments.

He was also sued in 2009. While that was settled, it did not take long for more employees to speak out and say the "specific examples of his alleged harassment were summarily fired' as a result of the information they provided."
The lawsuit documents detail accounts in which Chrisley's interaction "heavily influenced the work environment such as employees were encouraged to engage in similar sexual remarks and lewd acts in the office.
"Employees, including the plaintiffs, were made to feel afraid to complain about the offensive sexual behavior for fear they would lose their jobs in tough economic times."
They went on to say that once they were let go after the lawsuit, they felt their "fears were justified."
That case was settled as well.
Chrisley's son, Kyle Chrisley has also made similar accusations against the reality TV dad.
He told In Touch magazine that he believes his father is involved in a relationship with a doctor in Atlanta who also used to be employed at Chrisley Asset Management.
Todd recently responded to Kyle's claims that he is gay and said he is "not insulted" and believes that Kyle needed to be "back on his medication" as he reportedly suffers from bipolar disorder.
