The 57th annual Grammy Awards are quickly approaching and some of the worlds chart-topping artists have snagged nominations for the upcoming event.

It's no secret that recording artist Pharrell Williams has been very Happy lately, and it looks like it's going to stay that way because his album GIRL has been nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album.

William's is definitely in good company and will be joined by Beyoncé, Chris Brown, Jhene Aiko and Mali Music.

Sam Smith, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande (who's been nominated for the first time ever) have also snagged nominations in different categories.

Nominees for the coveted Album Of The Year award will be announced tonight during the CBS A Very Grammy Christmas (Friday, Dec. 5 9/8 c).

The 2015 Grammy Awards will air on Feb. 8th on CBS.
