One of the frontrunners to win CBS's Survivor: San Juan del Sur may be blindsided in the next episode, coming just short of the finale.

Should 'Survivor' Season 30 Feature 'All Stars,' Newbies Or Another Concept?

The penultimate episode of Survivor: San Juan del Sur is titled Let's Make a Move, and based on the description, some castaways will definitely be making a big one.

"A shocking tribal council leads to one of the biggest blindsides of the season," the CBS plot synopsis reads. "Also, a sudden ankle injury could lead to a medevac just days before the game ends."

'Survivor's Next Challenge Features 'Game Changing' Event, Is One Cast Member Being Medically Evacuated?

This description of one of the "biggest blindsides of the season" seems to suggest that at the very least, Keith Nale is safe. He was the last remaining member of his alliance after Reed Kelly and Alec Christy were voted out in the last episode. Voting Keith out would not be considered a blindside from what we've seen.

What this does suggest is that power couple Jon Misch and Jaclyn Schultz may be in for a shock. The pair have been controlling the game since the merge, always being the swing votes, and some players might decide to finally break the two up.

Additionally, Natalie Anderson may be in trouble after blindsiding her alliance when voting for Alec instead of Keith during the last episode. This could anger Jon and/or Missy Payne to the point that they would blindside Natalie.

However, a lot of this depends on the possible medevac. As seen in the preview for next week, it looks like Missy injures herself pretty bad in a challenge, to the extent that the Survivor medical team is called. If Missy is removed from the game then it could screw up a lot of plans for the other players. She is tight with her daughter Baylor Wilson, Natalie and Jon.

With Missy out, it is possible that Natalie, Baylor and Keith could all team up to take out Jon and Jaclyn, while Jon and Jaclyn might believe that they are still sticking to the plan and voting out Keith. This would result in a big blindside.

Survivor: San Juan del Sur airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
