Previously, Arias' defense team filed a motion to have her murder conviction overturned. Aside from that a motion was filed about the alleged child porn found on Travis Alexander's computer being deleted.
CBS 5 News - KPHO reported on Thursday that Arias' defense claims the pornographic images were removed while the computer was in police custody, but the prosecution is claiming the defense team's IT expert is the one who deleted the files that are in question.

Prosecutor Juan Martinez accused the expert of using a special program to erase the files. That expert called Martinez a liar, insisting he only removed malware and viruses from the computer.
Martinez at one point yesterday asked the IT expert, "Isn't it true that you used an incinerator program to delete 70,000 files?"
The expert responded with, "That is absolutely not true. You are absolutely lying. This is prosecutorial misconduct."
The expert also said that somebody accessed porn sites from Alexander's computer on June 10, 2008. Arias killed Alexander, she claims in self-defense, on Jun. 4, which was several days earlier.
Legal expert Beth Karas said that it appears as though mistakes were made while handling evidence, but she doesn't believe it'll lead to overturning Arias' conviction.
"I don't think that there is any reason to upset the integrity of the guilty verdict," Karas said. "This is something I think the first jury should have heard, but is it the type of evidence that would have swayed them to vote not guilty, I don't think so."
Outside of the courtroom, Arias' parents have taken to YouTube to thank those who have donated to fund their daughter's legal team and have asked for further donations. The video can be seen below.
