Slade To Return In Upcoming Episode Of Arrow

On November 9, SpoilerTV revealed a picture of Cassidy's stunt double in costume as her new alter ego, the Black Canary. MStarz picked up on the news and speculated that Laurel will be taking on the role of the Canary soon.

This means, fans will finally get to see Laurel as the Canary in the next episode, titled The Climb. The episode will be a very important one as it will feature the highly anticipated duel between Ra's Al Ghul and Oliver (Stephen Amell).

In an interview, executive producer Guggenheim, spoke about how Ghul would be a very unique villain in the series.

"He's definitely the main antagonist of the season," Guggenheim said. "He's responsible for a lot of the events that kick off the year, and reverberate throughout the season. He's our Big Bad, and he's a very different kind of Big Bad than we've had, Malcolm Merlyn and Slade Wilson."

The Climb will air on December 10.
