Sons of Anarchy creator and show runner Kurt Sutter is still broken up about the massive spoiler leaked from the show's companion book a few days before the series finale.

Sutter wrote a note on Twitter on Sunday, discussing the big mess up that involved Sons of Anarchy: The Official Collector's Edition book being sent out early instead of the day after the finale. The book includes some details about what happens in the series finale.
Of the scandal, Sutter wrote:
"It's taken me a few days to process the magnitude of this f---up. I'm sure, as usual, my passionate response to the event [only] made it worse.
There has been no resolution and my basket is headless, as the corporate art of buck-passing has reached a new level of brilliance. Like any good alcoholic, my impulse was to burn down the house, cut bait and disappear. I already booked my flight for Idaho. But I woke up this morning to a text by Tommy Flanagan that reminded me once again, it's not just about me. This is not my show, this is your show. Thank you, Tommy. I love you, brother."
He went on to say that he hopes the show's fans tune in for the series finale on Tuesday and that he is "very proud of it."
He also revealed that he will be doing Anarchy Afterword with Charlie Hunnam (Jax) and the rest of the cast, intending to "close this ride with some dignity and gratitude."
Time Home Entertainment, who released the book, said that they had an embargo on when they could release it, and that a wholesaler wound up breaking it.
"We have learned that a wholesaler has broken the embargo and released a limited quantity of books in advance of the on-sale date," Time Home Entertainment said in a statement.
While the organization said that they were "extremely disappointed," they are ultimately "very proud of the book, which is a wonderful tribute to the show."
Sons of Anarchy airs its final episode Tuesday at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX. It will be a three-hour event, with an Anarchy Afterword special airing through 1 p.m.
