New photos show Taylor Swift's new vintage home in Hyannis Port, Mass., purchased last week for the country singer to be closer to her boyfriend Conor Kennedy, according to several reports.

The 13-room house is walking distance to the historic Kennedy Compound and a website has released exclusive pictures of the stunning home.

Zillow.com's exclusive photos show the 4,400 square foot home that sits on 1.1. acres with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms that overlooks the Nantucket Sound. The property includes a guest house and a private beach.

"It's in a beautiful location and right across the street from Conor and the Kennedys," the realtor told PEOPLE. "It's a beautiful home. She got a nice home, paid fair price. The house was on the market for two to four years."

The "You Belong to Me" singer bought the home at more than half-off of its original price, for a reported $4.9 million instead of its original price of $14 million.

The 1928 Colonial-style white house was owned by only one other family, and has been on the market since 2010. It has multiple fire places and wood floors.

Swift bought the home a week after she took Kennedy to Nashville to meet her parents. Fans of the country singer tweeted sightings of the couple as they tried to remain low-key while shopping and dining in her hometown.

Swift has been romantically linked in the past to Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, Joe Jonas and actor Jake Gyllenhaal.
