‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Nathan Struggles To Stay Alive Following Jason’s Attack To Save Faison [VIDEO]
The attempt to keep Helena's (Constance Towers) evil plan afloat has continued working with Faison's (Anders Hove) successful escape from the PCPD, and as a result, the police are no closer to cracking the hugest mystery they've been handed yet on General Hospital.

Nathan (Ryan Paevy) was shot in the process, and though Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) originally intended to flee town with Faison, her loyalty to her son is too great-and she bid goodbye to him and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud)-and is now at the hospital trying to make sure her son stays alive.
"I'm here to save my son," she says in a preview clip for the Tuesday, Dec. 9 episode.
In the meantime, the police are trying to see if they can catch Faison before he leaves, and have headed to the docks. And while they may have missed Faison, they could unexpectedly run into Helena.
"Don't move!" Anna (Finola Hughes) shouts in the clip.
"PCPD!" Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) says as he follows behind.
What no one nows is that the gunman who shot Nathan and did Helena's bidding is none other than the resurrected Jason Morgan/"Jake" (Billy Miller)-who is conditioned to take orders from the elder Cassadine. And though he was also conditioned to forget everything he did before returning to Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst), he could still remember something-and may do a poor job of covering up his actions.
"Did something happen while you were out?" Elizabeth asks him.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
