It's no secret that Law and Order: SVU fans are beyond excited for the show to return on Wednesday, and fans be getting some shocking new surprises.

The new jaw dropping episode,"Pattern Seventeen" will have viewers shocked and desperately wanting more.

In a script tease shared by executive producer Warren Leight, it becomes apparent that Benson has to deal with child protective services while trying to gain custody of a precious baby boy, and by the looks of the sneak peek, things don't look pretty.

The SVU Writer's Room official Twitter page also shared a photo of Benson carrying a baby boy named Noah and viewers are eager to find out what happens.

While this new episode does focus on Benson, the detectives also have to solve a case that surrounds a serial rapist.

New York detectives have to find a predator whose M.O. is very similar to a rapist who lives in Atlanta and the twists and turns will also reveal some insight into Detective Rollin's past.

Viewers will get the chance to watch their favorite team tackle a serious manhunt to find a predator before he strikes again.

This new episode is definitely one that viewers don't want to miss.

The NBC hit show has sadly been on hiatus for several weeks and now the series will finally return on Wednesday.
