'Continuum' Season 4 Renewal: Sci-Fi Series Will Be Back For New Episodes, Actress Says 'All Great Stories Deserve An End' [VIDEO]
Continuum fans can celebrate today because the show has been renewed for a final season that will have some closure.

On Tuesday, Carter Matt announced that there will be six more episodes coming up that will air sometime in 2015. Despite the fact that it's going to be a short season, there is still going to likely be some sort of finish that will hopefully satisfy the viewers.
The show's star Rachel Nichols mentioned how glad she is that she can still tell the story even if this is going to be for the last time.

"All great stories deserve an end," she said. "I am excited and grateful to finish Continuum with the riveting conclusion it deserves...this series finale is dedicated to the devoted fans who have loyally supported us since day one."
Senior Vice President of Content at Shaw Media Christine Shipton gave some insight that this will be something that the fans can look forward to with an end that will likely leave them pleased.
"Continuum's award-winning success on Showcase is a testament to the quality of our Canadian original productions...with executive producer Simon Barry at its helm, the fourth and final season of Continuum is bound to deliver a heroic conclusion to the futuristic series," Shipton said in a statement.
The site pointed out that the final episodes will likely air in America months after they air in Canada.
