Avengers 2 is giving fans another quick glimpse behind the scenes.

Courtesy of the Guardians of the Galaxy Digital HD and Blue-ray releases, the short clip gives Joss Whedon's thought on Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch.

"The Marvel Universe has provided me with this bevy of great characters, and there are other aspects of it that we haven't seen before - like Scarlett Witch and Quicksilver," Whedon explained from set. "Her manipulation of objects and his super speed are not things we've seen in the Marvel Universe."

Cut to a series of Pietro and Wanda Maximoff clips highlighting the newbies' talents - Scarlett Witch calmly floating blocks in a prison cell while her brother angrily tries to zip around the confined space, Quicksilver sprinting through crowded streets.

The writer/director then gives a run down the important aspects of his story, amping up fans for the May 1 release.

"Mass destruction, check. Superheroes, check. A beautiful location, check," Whedon teased.
