‘America’s Next Top Model’ News: Jay Manuel’s Connecticut Home Is In Shambles Due To ‘Latent Building Defects’ [VIDEO]
Jay Manuel is well known for primarily being the creative director of photo shoots on America's Next Top Model from 2003-2012, which can be stressful at times, but he's under even more stress due to his Connecticut home falling apart.

On Monday, Perez Hilton reported that Manuel's Connecticut home is in shambles.
The house is only three years old and has faced tons of damage. Last February he was forced to leave his home because of an appalling framing/insulation defect that caused a massive water condensing flaw in the home's exterior walls.

The source further revealed, "The rot uncovered was consistent with a poorly build home over 75 years old."
Thanks to the "latent building defects," insurance companies will not help rebuild the house, which has forced Manuel to rebuild it out of his own pocket.
Perez Hilton further reported that Manuel filed a lawsuit against the building team EK Construction LLC responsible and they've allegedly dragged the case on, which has made the situation worse.
Manuel posted a photo on Instagram on Dec. 6 of his house under construction. There are tarps and various building materials stacked. He said, "...but I'm really here!" He hashtagged "dontask," "LifeHappens" and more.
He's currently residing in an apartment that he's renting while his home gets rebuilt. He intends on staying with his family during the holidays though.
