Jess and Layton seem to have a good eye on how much they've changed as human beings based on a deleted scene of Are You The One.

On Monday, MTV posted the scene that shows the two on a bed as Layton talks about how things started for them. He mentions how he saw her grow and that it was a big deal for him to see maturity.
Layton continues to tell her how much she has changed, which she seems to agree with. She tells him that she feels completely like herself for the first time ever; this leaves one thoughtful question:

"Where do we go from here?" Jess asks.
This is definitely a big question for Layton since Jess points out that it's not like he won't be able to see her because she will be there for him. But Layton doesn't seem too sure how to answer this question since he takes nearly ten seconds to give her any kind of gesture.
Jess does not like this pause, but she still laughs about it. Layton is just thinking about what's going to happen at that point where Jess says that his mom is going to hate her.
For the most part, their connection sounds like it would take some serious work and it sparks some curiosity if Layton's mom really is going to hate Jess.
