'White Collar' Seaosn 6 Spoilers: What Is Neal Hiding? Rift With Mozzie Explained In Finale [VIDEO]
White Collar's Neal Caffrey has a secret, and he isn't about to share it with Mozzie.
This sudden secret keeping is an odd move for a con who so often confides in his co-conspirator, and, needless to say, Mozzie (Willie Garson) is not a fan of Neal's (Matt Bomer) sudden silence, or the fact that the CI won't let his closest friend join in on the Pink Panthers heist.
As White Collar moves into the series finale, "Au Revoir," it looks like the long-time criminals may be on the outs. Never fear. Despite ending on a cliffhanger, the final episode will explain Neal's hesitation to key Mozzie in to his mysterious plans.
Garson's character will be "left out in the cold a little bit," series creator Jeff Eastin informed TV Line, adding that "the reason for that strain will be obvious once you get to the finale."
It is unknown if Neal will obtain his freedom as season 6 comes to a close, but, if he does, it is generally assumed that Moz will continue to stay by his side. Unfortunately, you know what happens when you assume...
"This season we had to deal with, 'How do we end the show? What happens with Neal and Mozzie?'" Garson explained in a USA featuette. "They almost can't be without each other, so how is that going to work?"
