Ellen DeGeneres sure knows how to get everyone LOLing.

Miley Cyrus shocked everyone Sunday with a new short, platinum blonde haircut that she revealed over Twitter. With those tweets came lots and lots of pics, and lots and lots opinions.

DeGeneres decided to put some good humor into the conversation and tweeted a picture of herself donning Cyrus' controversial cut. The caption for the WhoSay.com photo read, "I love Miley Cyrus' new haircut so much that I copied it."

The picture was a much needed contribution to this touchy topic. On Sunday, Cyrus tweeted, "if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. My hair is attached to my head no one else's and it's going bye bye."

That same day, she later wrote, "My dad Billy Ray Cyrus used to tell me 'opinions are are like a**holes every body has one,' LOVE my hair. Feel so happy, pretty, and free."

Fans, critics and other celebrities have debate whether Cyrus' new style is a "Do" or a "Don't." According to WonderWall, music artist Tyler the Creator posted: "Your barber is an a**hole." He later deleted his post.

Not everyone is hating Cyrus' new look. In fact, Drake came to her defense. "You guys laugh at Miley Cyrus' hair. Meanwhile, she's laughing at your bank account," he said on Twitter.

Early Wednsday, she let everyone know their cruel comments weren't welcome by tweeting: "I love the BLOCK button. One of Twitter's finer qualities."

What will Cyrus and her celebrity supporters/critics put on Twitter next?
