Kim Kardashian's divorce proceedings are lasting a lot longer than her actual marriage.

She filed to end the 72-day union with basketball player Kris Humphries back in October 2011, but Humphries' lawyers said at Wednesday's hearing that they still aren't ready for trial, and the next status conference won't happen until Nov. 28.

The reality star has long moved on romantically - she's spent the last few weeks doing just about everything with new beau Kanye West - but Humphries' legal team told a judge they're still waiting on depositions and documents from Kardashian and her family, and they won't proceed without them.

Despite the holdup on the NBA player's end, Kardashian's lawyer says she's ready to get a move on and has already spent about $250,000 in legal fees - which she intends to have Kris pay back.

"To say I'm frustrated is an understatement," said Kardashian's attorney, Laura Wasser. "It's expensive. And I'm at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. They had a prenup and were married 72 days."

Humphries' team hopes to prove in court that the marriage was a fraud that Kardashian only used for publicity. That's why his lawyer is seeking a deposition with Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner and copies of her business records, but he says the family hasn't made it easy.

"I don't want to use the word uncooperative, but they are not making the process easier," said Marshall Waller, Humphries' lawyer.

The Humphries team is also hoping to depose Kanye West, and Wasser said someone sent a mysterious box with a deposition request for West to Kardashian's door - even though Wasser said she would have gladly offered the name of West's personal attorney.

Rumor has it Kardashian is anxious to get the proceedings over with so she can marry West, but until this trial is completely put to rest, she's still legally married to Humphries.
