On Sunday, Carter Matt posted the details on how the fourth season will premiere. Hannah is heading off to Iowa for a big opportunity at a writers' workshop. This leaves some insight on how this is going to affect her relationship with everyone considering that she's the main character. But considering that this series embarks upon real life situations, naturally something like this was eventually going to happen.
When Hannah celebrates her big accomplishment with her parents, she and Adam pack up the last of her boxes as they begin to realize what it's going to be like to have a long-distance relationship.

Meanwhile, Marnie and Desi will perform for a distracted crowd at a restaurant for a jazz group. Marnie is no stranger to singing so this might go well unless if the crows really doesn't care to listen.
Shoshonna's parents are also going to sign her diploma and are apparently going to make this a big deal more than their daughter will.
As for Jessa, the site gave the impression that she's going to have some kind of connection with Hannah with her move since her feelings might not be settled just yet. Overall though, it sounds like the young women are going to realize what it means to grow up.
Girls Season 4 will air on Sunday, January 11 on HBO.
