Kristen Stewart 'Furious' Over Public's Response to Affair with Rupert Sanders
Actress Kristen Stewart is reportedly "furious she's taking all the heat" from her affair with director Rupert Sanders.
Stewart reportedly "can't believe" that the public is not "painting Rupert Sanders as the bad guy" and that the public calls her the "big cheater" when he is married with 2 kids, TMZ says.
According to the report on Thursday, she's not only worried about her image but her career as well. The 22-year-old actress "fears her career may be irreparably damaged," according to a TMZ source.
Last week, the Hollywood Reporter said Universal Studios has replaced the idea of a "Snow White and the Huntsman" sequel starring Stewart with a solo spinoff film spotlighting Chris Hemsworth instead.
Sources told the paper Stewart will not be returning for the follow-up movie in the franchise and any plans for a sequel to "Snow White and the Huntsman" - which starred Stewart, Hemsworth and Charlize Theron - has been scratched from production.
Stewart hasn't made a public appearance since news of the affair broke last month.
However, her former partner Robert Pattinson re-emerged last week to promote his new movie "Cosmopolis."
The actor dodged repeated attempts from news anchors and reporters to have him speak about the status of his relationship with Stewart.
But he said he wasn't interested in selling his private life and diverted the attention to the movie.
During the week, the British star sat down with ABC news anchor George Stephanopolous for a live interview and was given a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
Stephanopolous gave the cereal to Pattinson to play off of Jon Stewart's interview with Pattinson on "The Daily Show" on Monday, where they both ate Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
"How are you doing" the anchor asked Pattinson on Wednesday." "What do you want your fans to know about what's going on in your personal life?"
"I'd like my fans to know," Pattinson said before pausing. "To know that Cinnamon Toast Crunch has only 30 calories a bowl."
"You go into it to do movies," he added. "I've never been interested in trying to sell my personal life."
