They have said that they loved one another, but Liam's (Scott Clifton) true feelings about the woman in his life could come out on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Liam Tells Hope To Stop Blaming Herself For Her Miscarriage

He made things very clear to Hope (Kim Matula) when she was in town that no matter what, he would never not be a part of her life-and he was the one who did his best to help her get to the hospital after her fall, though his best efforts still did not prevent her from miscarrying. Before she decided to leave and meet up with her mother in Italy, the two declared their love for one another once more and shared a kiss-but now, he is still in L.A., and she is thousands of miles away.

Now, his relationship with Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer), whom he began dating after he and Hope ended things, and has since said he loves, could be on the line if she learns how he talked about his feelings with Hope-because she will worry that he still wants his ex, despite moving on with her.

Hope Apologizes To Liam

"When Hope comes back to LA, do you want her back?" Ivy asks him in a preview clip for the Friday, Dec. 26 episode.

Even if Liam is completely honest with her and tells her he does, he could still be too late to get a chance to reunite with Hope however, as the husband she left behind, Wyatt (Darin Brooks), could be persuaded by his mother, Quinn (Rena Sofer) to go after her and try to repair the problems in their marriage-starting with the two of them learning how to move past the tragedy with their baby together.

"The only way that you can heal is if you grieve together," Quinn says in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
