‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Maxie & Nathan’s Relationship Hits Another Complication [VIDEO]
The ultimatum that they stay away from one another if Maxie (Kirsten Storms) wanted the chance to see her daughter again has finally stopped being an obstacle for she and Nathan (Ryan Paevy), but just as they begin embracing a relationship, something else could begin standing in their way on General Hospital.
Nathan Tries Pulling A Miracle Off For Maxie
Nathan managed to pull off a miracle for her that lifted the Judge's decision that she couldn't see Georgie, and Maxie has since headed to Portland for Christmas and reunited with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and see her daughter. And now that she's there, she may find it difficult to head back to Port Charles-and a life without Georgie again.
"How am I going to tell Nathan?" she asks Spinelli in a preview clip for the Friday, Dec. 26 episode.
If Maxie decides to stay in Portland so she can be closer to her child now, it would be a huge problem for her and Nathan's budding relationship, as Port Charles is across the country from Portland.
Meanwhile, back in Port Charles, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) has been given a Christmas miracle with the return of her presumed-dead boyfriend Ric (Rick Hearst)-though the budding romance she previously had with Jake (Billy Miller) fell to the side as a result.
"If you don't mind me asking what does Jake feel about all this?" Epiphany (Sonya Eddy) asks her in the preview clip.
Jake's true feelings about the situation could be revealed when Ric goes to pay him a visit.
"I didn't come here to see Elizabeth. I want to talk to you," Ric says.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
