The holiday season can be stressful, but even though their family is 22-people strong, the Brown family from TLC's Sister Wives seems to have their celebrations down to a science.

Is Kody Going To Take On A Fifth Wife?

Kody and his wives-Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn-spoke to the Las Vegas Review-Journal about prepping a Christmas celebration for five adults and 17 kids, and while they admitted that there is some chaos during the holidays, they also appeared confident that they could uphold some of their traditions and not succumb to the pressure of celebrating Christmas in a large family.

In addition to early preparations-including having the children draw names from a hat in October for their gift exchange, filling the kids' shoes with candy for Saint Nicholas Day and the oldest girls in each family preparing breakfast for everyone on St. Lucia's Day-the family also divulged some of their traditions for Christmas itself.

Kody Getting Hate On Social Media?

While Meri has made pajamas for each child to open on Christmas Eve every year for their entire lives, Christine said she has her own spin on the tradition, where she pretends it's still a surprise.

"What do you mean pajamas?" Christine told the newspaper she asks the children each year when they wonder what is in the packages.

Christine's other tradition for the holiday includes cooking a dinner on Christmas Eve Eve each year, which celebrated the founder of their fundamentalist Mormon faith, Joseph Smith, followed by Janelle making Christmas breakfast every year.

Sister Wives returns to TLC with all-new episodes on Sunday, Jan. 4 at 9 p.m.
