Hollywood's most charitable stars attended the "2012 Do Something Awards" in Los Angeles on Sunday Aug. 19. The show was hosted by real-life "do-gooders" Max Greenfield, Lamorne Morris and Jake M. Johnson.

Stars from both the big and small screens came in full force to present, accept their award or show support. They included Sophia Bush, Will Farrell, Ne-Yo, "Hollywood Exes" star Nicole Murphy, Nick Cannon and "Twilight" star Nikki Reed.

Awards were given to two "Glee" stars: Leah Michele and her boyfriend/ co-star Corey Monteith. "Twilight" star Ashley Greene presented Michele with "Female TV Star" and Monteith accepted the "Male TV Star" Award.

Olympic gold medalist Hope Solo accepted the "Athlete" award, and actor Ben Affleck was honored with the "Facebook" nod. "Talk Soup" star Joel McHale accepted the "Comedian" award while Will.I.Am. accept"Music Artist."

Celebrity presenters included Kristen Bell and "Bridesmaids" star Ellie Kemper.

Musical performances were given by Flo-Rida and the band Fun.

The "2012 Do Something Awards" was founded in 1996. Every year the ceremony honors "the nation's best young world-changers, ages 25 and under," according to its website. Do Something Award nominees and winners represent the pivotal "do-ers" in their field, cause or issue.

The "2012 Do Something Awards" airs on Tuesday Aug. 21 at 8/8 C on VH1.
