Lindsay Lohan spent the night at an exclusive Hollywood mansion on Sunday following a party, and police believe two men she brought with her may be to blame for stealing expensive watches and sunglasses.

Lohan was invited to the party and brought along her brother Cody, her assistant and two other men. By the next morning, the home's owner was missing several valuables and he called police.

The cops questioned Lohan, but it's clear she knows her rights after her many dealings with the law - which includes her 2011 trial for the theft of a diamond necklace from an L.A. jewelry store.

When police approached Lohan and questioned her, the actress asked, "Am I a suspect?" As soon as the investigators told her she wasn't, she blew them off and left the house.

But TMZ reports the owner of the home where the party occurred told police he suspects the two mysterious men who came with Lohan are the ones who stole his belongings.

The case remains under investigation.

Lohan is no stranger to legal troubles. Her theft trial in 2011 landed her 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service, and she's had several problems with drugs, drinking and driving and many car accidents.

But things have seemed to turn around for Lohan in recent weeks, at least professionally. She's on track to make $2 million in 2012, and she'll appear in several high-profile film projects, including her upcoming stint as Elizabeth Taylor in the biopic "Liz and Dick."
