The pre-jury on CBS's Survivor: San Juan del Sur features some colorful characters, many of which could potentially return for an all stars or second chances season.

Among the players voted out before the merge on Survivor this season were Nadiya Anderson, Val Collins, John Rocker, Drew Christy, Kelley Wentworth and Dale Wentworth. Almost all of these players were big personalities who could deliver even more if given a second chance.

Perhaps the most interesting to possibly return is Nadiya, in order to see if she could replicate the success of her "twinnie" Natalie Anderson, who wound up winning the season. She also proved to have more of an outrageous personality, so she would be a fun player to bring back.

Could 'Survivor's Nadiya Return & Win In 'All Star' Season Just Like Her 'Twinny' Natalie?

Val is a character who overplayed during her short time on the island but she could potentially thrive under different circumstances with different players.

The two biggest personalities were probably John and Drew. John was mostly voted out because of comments he had made in his past, but he is another one who could thrive with a different set of players. Drew's boot episode was one of the best of the season and his open arrogance could be funny to relive.

Kelley and Dale seem like slightly strong candidates to return. Kelley showed a lot of potential as a gamer but she was cut short mostly due to the actions of her father. Dale was ornery and set in his ways at times but he could have gone as far as Keith Nale under different circumstances.

Survivor often brings back players who survived past the merge but they sometimes choose to bring back pre-merge people like Francesca Hogi and Monica Culpepper, who had very different luck in their second seasons.

Survivor: Worlds Apart premieres Wednesday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
