Ethan Chandler's werewolf problems in London are beginning to draw attention on Penny Dreadful.

Vanessa Ives Haunted By Mina's Death On 'Penny Dreadful' During Second Season

The murder of a mother and child during the series premiere made headlines and as Ethan (Josh Hartnett) continues to live as man and werewolf in London, his attacks are bound to draw more attention. So will he stay in England? Be forced into the countryside or maybe even back to America? He could turn to close friend Vanessa Ives (Eva Green) for help, but she might not be in a position to get involved as she battles her own demons, both real and figurative.

When Ethan first arrived in London he was performing as a sharpshooter for an entertainment show. He stayed on the move, never residing in one place for too long. Now that he's been in London for at least a few months, his past is beginning to catch up with him in a major way.

"Season two is much bigger than season one," insisted creator John Logan during an interview with Showbiz Junkies back on Aug. 1 (featured below). "There's new antagonists, there's new friends, there's new foes."

Logan insisted that "It's a big old complicated world" and so anything is really possible.

Penny Dreadful returns on Showtime for a second season in 2015.
