Kate Winslet's New York City Penthouse For Rent For $30,000 A Month
Kate Winslet is putting her penthouse apartment up for rent - for a pretty penny.
Her four-bedroom, five-bathroom suite in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood is available for a whopping $30,000 per month.

The actress originally bought the apartment in 2004 with her ex-husband, director Sam Mendes, for nearly $5 million. After the couple divorced in 2010, Winslet bought out Mendes' share for $2.15 million.
The home includes 12 corner windows, a massive 1,700-square-foot terrace, 13-foot ceilings, a living room that's nearly 47 feet long and beautiful views of the Hudson River.
Photos of the apartment reveal its gorgeous wood floors and copious natural light. One of the bathrooms is floor-to-ceiling white, and the kitchen and dining areas boasts recessed bookshelves and a freestanding breakfast bar.
Winslet is one of the most successful actresses of her time, boasting six Oscar nominations and one win for Best Actress for 2008's "The Reader." She's also starred in one of the biggest blockbusters of all time, "Titanic," and she recently won an Emmy Award for her work on the HBO miniseries "Mildred Pierce."
Mendes has directed films like "Revolutionary Road," which starred Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio, and "American Beauty," for which he won the Oscar for Best Director.
