Fans watched Vanderpump open PUMP on the first couple of episodes of Vanderpump Rules season two. Following the grand opening, a handful of servers from SUR Lounge, including Jax Taylor and Tom Sandoval, traveled to PUMP to help Vanderpump. Tom Schwartz was hired briefly to work at PUMP, but his gig at the restaurant came to an end after her reportedly suffered a panic attack during a shift.

"I'm actually glad I was here because I feel like the restaurant would have suffered if you hadn't had a manager on the floor. It was pretty hectic for a while there," Sabo later told her mother.

In response, Vanderpump told Sabo, "I really do appreciate you being here and you are so similar to me in some ways. You do work really hard and I really appreciate that."
