Evans was in good spirits leading up to boarding, updating followers on Twitter until things took a terrifying turn.

The Teen Mom 2 star criticized Spirit Airlines for both creating an unsafe environment and causing major delays after the plane had landed, claiming inspections should have been more through prior to allowing the plane to carry passengers.

Evans would have preferred to change flights altogether, but was unable to do so based on her schedule. To make matters more stressful, she found herself sitting apart from her boyfriend, Nathan Griffith.

Perhaps what frustrated Evans the most was that the airline had tried to downplay the situation, allowing passengers to only know the seriousness of the situation after they had already been removed from the plane.

Shortly after Evans' complaint about the luagge the reality star informed followers that they were still waiting to board and that one flight attended refused to get back on.

Roughly an hour later Evans and Griffith were back onboard, though they'd lost a few seatmate through the process. Some passengers feared riding again, while others likely decided that they rather play it safe and find a new ride.

It would seem that the plane had been more crowded prior to the emergency landing and, based on Evans photo, it looks like the plane was missing more than a few passengers.

Evans and her family have arrived safely at home.
