The Mentalist's Agent Abbott will have to rely on one of Patrick Jane's famously risky plans to keep him out of prison.
The Supervisory Special Agent managed to make his old boss into a powerful enemy, and the DEA's Agent Peterson will continue his crusade against Abbott (Rockmond Dunbar) in "Copper Bullet."
Peterson holds deadly secrets about Abbott's past, and, should he spill the beans about Abbott's Rio Bravo actions, the Fed will lose more than just his badge. As always, Jane (Simon Baker) will have a plan to save the day, one that will somehow incorporate some of his old circus buddies.
'The Mentalist' Season 7 Spoilers: New January Time Slot, What's In Store For 'Little Yellow House'?
Set to air as episode 7, the Tom Donaghy penned story will reintroduce viewers to Samantha (Tangie Ambrose) and Pete Barsocky (M.C. Gainey). Previously seen in season 3's "Cackle-Bladder Blood" and season 5's "Red John's Rules," the duo will make one last appearance before the series comes to a close.
In the meantime, viewers will get a peak into Lisbon's (Robin Tunney) past when two of her brothers find themselves wrapped up in a murder investigation during "Little Yellow House." Following the Lisbon reunion, "The Whites of His Eyes" will place Jane's love in significant danger.
