During the retrial Monday, Judge Stephens wound up sending the jury home and postponed the hearing on the private testimony transcripts, but court resumed Thursday as reported by CBS 5's station KPHO.

It was revealed on Thursday that Judge Stephens remains on her decision to postpone the release of the private testimony transcripts regardless of a lawyer requesting the release of them on behalf of the media organizations.

The site reported Judge Stephens said she would not do that until the Supreme Court rules on Arias' defense team's motion to pause the retrial while they appeal the ruling that was made to release the private testimony to the public.

CBS News reported via Associated Press on Friday that the motion to pause the retrial was not approved.

USA Today also reported on Monday that the lawyers conducted an interview Monday afternoon that was done in private with the witness being referred to as "Pseudonym."

CBS News revealed that testimony continued Thursday.
