Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart To Reunite After Emotional Phone Call, May Get Back Together
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may get back together after an emotional, hour-long phone conversation they recently had.
After not speaking for a while, Pattinson reportedly decided that the time is right to see Stewart and have a frank face-to-face discussion about the status of their relationship following Stewart's cheating scandal with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders.
"[Stewart] begged to meet face to face so they could talk. It was obvious Kristen was getting through to Rob and he has agreed to see her," a source said. "In fact, he admitted that it must be worse for her because she's not just dealing with heartbreak, but being portrayed as a villain, while he gets all the sympathy."
Pattinson made the decision to see Stewart after seeing T-shirts for sale that read "Kristen Stewart is a trampire," The Daily Mail reported. The two spoke over the phone for about an hour and things got emotional, as Stewart begged Pattinson to learn to trust her again and take her back.
"For the first couple of weeks, he was wallowing in his own grief, but being forced to face people during this promo [for 'Cosmopolis'], and seeing how angry everyone is with Kristen, made him feel sad for her," a source said.
The pair is planning to meet soon, though they haven't picked a location yet because they don't want to see each other in public with onlookers and cameras intruding. One option, according to The Daily Mail, is Reese Witherspoon's ranch in Ojai, Calif., where Pattinson hid out immediately after news of Stewart's cheating broke.
Stewart and Pattinson shared a home together, but Pattinson recently joked to Jimmy Kimmel that he's "homeless" after moving out of the abode.
