Divorce is a tricky situation no matter who it happens to, but for Abby (Lisa Edelstein) and Jake (Paul Adelstein) on Girlfriends' Guide To Divorce it's a whole new art-form.

According to TV Ruckus, the show's newest episode will handle some of the aftermath of the estranged spouses hooking up-which could play into the tension and stress of Abby trying to plan a birthday party for their teenaged daughter, Lilly (Conner Dwelly).

While Jake is naturally invited to the party, as well as the couple's son, Charlie (Dylan Schombing), Abby's bestie, Phoebe (Beau Garrett), and divorce lawyer Delia (Necar Zadegan). And while Abby initially tried banning Becca (Julianna Guill) from the party because she is the reason she and Jake are divorcing, the fact that she's a CW star who her daughter idolizes will win out-and she'll be forced to invite her to the event-which will shock Delia and Phoebe.

"I know you really knocked yourself out Mamma, but this party is terrible," Phoebe says to Abby in a preview clip for the Jan. 13 episode.

"I know. It's just all about you-know-who. It's like I invited Princess Jasmine, and then I killed her," Abby replies. "I'm a princess murderer."

"Please, you did the right thing," Delia says. "I applaud you."

"Well, stop clapping, because I left Becca a message and invited," Abby replies.

"WHY?" her friends ask.

"Just because Jake is her b-ch doesn't mean I have to be one," she says.
