'Frozen 2' Movie News: Is Jennifer Lawrence Going To Be In The Film After Proving That She Can Sing? [VIDEO]
Is Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence about to head over to Disney to make an appearance in the potential sequel to Frozen?
Is 'Frozen 2' Going To Come Out In 2018?
It looks like that might be a possibility based on some information posted on Hollywood Life on Wednesday. It appears that some people at Disney might have an interest in Lawrence joining them for the anticipated sequel that fans are hoping will be made soon.
"Jen's husky rendition of 'The Hanging Tree' in Mockingjay Part 1 surprised everyone," a source reportedly told OK! Magazine. "Now execs [at Disney] think she could be the new Kristen Bell."
Is Emily Blunt Going To Appear In 'Frozen 2?'
If Lawrence does end up in Frozen 2, this ought to spark up some massive excitement due to the popularity of the actress as well as the first film.
"She's such a relevant star," the source said. "She'd bring tons of fans to the next film."
There doesn't seem to be any word right now if this is officially true or not, but it will probably be a little while until anything about a Frozen sequel becomes official.
There was a recent rumor that Into the Woods star Emily Blunt could join the sequel, but she gave a pretty strong impression that Kristen Bell, who played Princess Anna, is the one who belongs to that movie.
"That [series] is for my friend Kristen Bell, who just crushed it, and I am so happy for her," Blunt said, posted on Cinema Blend. "So now. I don't know. There's just never going to be another Elsa and an Anna. There just can't."
