Secrets are starting to pile up between Pretty Little Liars' Spencer and Toby.
Rosewood's newest cop is only willing to bend the rules so far - you know, ignoring evidence so the Liars can check it out first - and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) will start to cross his dubiously drawn lawn of legality during "Over a Barrel."
As Rosewood's new Scooby Doo duo, Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) and Spencer will dive into the search for Mona's (Janel Parrish) laptop during episode 16. Probably not the best idea after their last mission nearly resulted in Caleb's death-by-kiln. Barring any near fatal incidents, the pair's most pressing problem will be how far Toby (Keegan Allen) is willing to let them go in order to recover the computer.

Whatever Spencer decides to do, it will result in a very public outburst with her boyfriend. Spoby will take to the streets to air their grievances, resulting in an argument that can't be good for the officer's relationship (see photos above).
