Prince Harry Vegas Pictures Inspires Global Naked Salutes (PHOTOS)
Prince Harry's naked pictures that were taken in Vegas may have got him in trouble with the royal family and possibly the military, but the British royal has thousands of fans supporting him online.
A former British Army soldier started an open Facebook group titled "Support Prince Harry With a Naked Salute". The page encourages fans to post naked photos of themselves to show they are still a fan of the prince.
"*NOW OPEN TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SHOW SUPPORT*, please cover your crown jewels, tag yourself in your photo as proof ," wrote the group's founder.
Jordan Wylie started the support group on Facebook on Aug.24, one day after TMZ posted two pictures of the naked Prince in his hotel room in Las Vegas.
"I salute you Harry!" Wylie captioned the picture of himself. He is seen standing at attention while holding a Unio Jack flag to cover up the lower half of his body.
As of Thursday Aug.30, Facebook group stood at over 29,000 members.
"16,000 members with more than 10,000 requests to join still - WOW, who would have thought a few beers in a local pub would have created this!" Wylie wrote on Tuesday, Aug. 28. "We all support you Prince Harry."
Wylie has also launched a website, Salute4Harry.
Prince Harry has been photographed naked in a Las Vegas hotel room and the pictures were posted on TMZ on Aug.22.
The 27-year-old bared it all during a game of strip billiards in his VIP Vegas suite at the MGM Grand Friday night..
On Aug. 28, a source told RadarOnline that Harry's antics were caught on video. Allegedly the video has been shopped around to a very limited number of people because the person with it is extremely nervous.
"There is video of Harry partying naked with women in the Las Vegas hotel room. There have been some very quiet inquiries to see how much the video is worth."
The source claimed, "A lot went on in that hotel room that night, that much is for sure."
Whatever is in the video can't be good for the Royal Family's image. The source said "many powerful people" don't want the video to be leaked to the public.
"If the video goes public this could be the biggest Royal scandal ever.
