So it looks like Natalie Guercio is indeed a 'cop caller,' and a 'rat,' but she definitely has a good reason for her actions.

During Wednesday night's new episode the Mob Wives reality star opened up about her ex boyfriend and how he beat her up after a heated argument.
When confronted by cast mates Angela Raiola (Big Ang) and Drita D'Avanzo, Guercio explained to the ladies that she was defending herself because she was victim of domestic abuse.

Guercio took to Twitter to share some photos of the horrific accident along with a very important message for women who are involved in an abusive relationship.
"Plz ladies, if u r afraid to leave your abusive relationship, u r not alone. Call 1-800-621-4673 they can help."
Domestic abuse is a serious crime and should not be taking lightly, and it's clear that Guercio is very passionate about other women who may be going through the same thing she did.
Luckily Guercio has some pretty understanding fans and it looks like her relationships with Big Ang and D'Avanzo is still good.
While both of the ladies admitted that they are not fans of 'rats,' they do support women seeking help if they are ever in a situation like this.
As for Guercio and her new sworn enemy Natalie Didonato, it's safe to say that the drama between the two is heating up quickly.
