It's almost time for new episodes of Reign where everyone will embark on their own escapades with outrageous results.
'Reign' Gets Renewed For A Third Season
On Thursday, Broadway World posted some details on the episode that will air on January 29. First of all, Mary is going to find out about the rumors going around in the court where she'll likely find out the truth from Greer. Whatever she finds out, it's going to make Mary do something she never expected, giving curiosity on if this will change the character completely or not.
Catherine is also supposed to have a confrontation with Bash's mother who returns while Claude does what she can to find out who killed the twins.
Chatter On The Bash-Kenna Relationship On 'Reign'
Reign is known for pushing its limits on television with its mature content, including graphic sexuality, hardcore violence and even a rape scene. The series has yet to finish its second season and it was recently announced that it's been renewed for a third year.
As for how the second year will progress, it was mentioned in Entertainment Weekly that Mary de Guise will be back to create some more tension.
"We are very excited to welcome back Amy Brenneman as Mary de Guise in an episode airing next year," executive producer Laurie McCarthy told the magazine. "You never know what's coming with Mary de Guise, and this time will be no different as she delivers a series of shocking revelations to Mary, and ultimately forces her to face and confront her failing relationship with Francis."
Reign returns on Thursday, January 22 at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
