"Most of you know I have been battling Lyme disease for the past three years," the reality star wrote. "I wasted the first year trying to get diagnosed and spent the next two trying to find a cure."
The reality star added that she was only able to recover about 60 percent and she recently relapsed back in December and has yet to find her way back.
Unfortunately Foster has suffered some brain impairment and neurological issues and she has, "lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV, because I can't process information or any stimulation for that matter."
"It feels like someone came in and confiscated my brain and tied my hands behind my back to just watch and see life go by without me participating in it."
While there has been medical data on this disease dating back to 1908, Foster says that it's frustrating knowing there still isn't a proper cure for Lyme disease.
Luckily, the reality star has received endless support from her husband, her children and her close friends.
We wish Foster a speedy recovery!
