Some secrets are about to be exposed on The Fosters and it sounds like it's going to cause a lot of pain for everyone.
Is Lexi Returning To 'The Fosters?'
The ABC Family drama is finally back with new episodes as well as new drama. On Saturday, Carter Matt posted some details from executive producer Peter Paige when he told TV Line that truths are about to come out, which will likely result in unspeakable sorrow.
"As with most things in life- and all things on The Fosters- the truth pretty much always comes out, even when its hard, even when it's messy, even when it hurts," Paige said.
Stef & Lena To Have A 'Strain' In Their Relationship On 'The Fosters'
This could include a number of different storylines considering that the series is not afraid of taking on some heartbreaking moments. In a video from Xfinity, Teri Polo (Stef) mentioned that the family is going to face difficulties since Lena quit her job.
"That's put a great strain, not only on the financial aspect of the family, but also on their relationship, which is you know, a bit of a bummer because they got married- but you know- that's marriage," Polo said. "That's marriage and love."
The actress also dished on Ana's return and how that's going to affect everyone.
"Why the heck is she back, and why is Mike even dealing with this," Polo said. "So it's you know- the Fosters as usual."
The Fosters returns on Monday, January 19 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
