Hannibal has announced who will play Will Graham's wife during season 3.

Nina Arianda (Midnight in Paris) will take on the role of Molly, according to TV Line.

Set to appear in episode 8, Will's (Hugh Dancy) bride will appear as the story jumps several years into the future. By time Will is ready to become involved with Ms. Molly, Hannibal's (Mads Mikkelsen) European adventure will be just a speck in the rearview mirror.

"[Molly] understands that Will is a good man, and her love has allowed him to rebuild himself," TV Line reported. "But when Will is asked to return to the FBI, she also urges him to try and save lives, knowing what risks this entails."

Described as "strong, vibrant thirtysomething," Molly will have a 12-year-old son named Walter.

While Arianda has yet to comment on her new role, series creator Bryan Fuller said that he is "simply thrilled" about the casting.
