Diamond Strawberry of VH1's Love & Hip Hop New York got lots of backlash after she lied to her boyfriend Cisco about having a daughter and even left her child in Los Angeles while she went to be with Cisco in New York City; now the reality star and aspiring model speaks out on the moment she regrets the most.

Strawberry spoke with DJ Vlad of Vlad TV Tuesday. She confessed that she is still embarrassed she told Cisco it was a dog he heard in the background during their phone conversations, when it was actually her daughter. The lie was an attempt to avoid telling him she was a mother.

"I feel so stupid about that. I really do. That is the one thing in the season that I wish I could take back was a dog reference to my daughter."

She went on to reassure fans and viewers that she is a good mom.

"Anyone who knows me knows what kind of mother I am. My daughter knows that she's my world. My daughter knows that I sacrifice so much for her. So dealing with all of that negative backlash was tough. It still is tough that people are trying to discredit me as a mother."

Strawberry added that she was hoping to only keep her now seven-year-old daughter safe when she did not tell Cisco about her.

While Cisco was livid when Strawberry finally did admit that she had a daughter, it wasn't long before he told her that he actually a second as well. The only difference was he cheated on Strawberry when he fathered the newborn.
