Cristiano Ronaldo admitted that he was feeling "sad" on Sunday during the Real Madrid vs Granada match where he refused to celebrate his two goals that lead the Real to a 3-0 victory.

Ronaldo scored the first two goals of the match leading the team to a 3-0 win over Granada and marked his 150 goal in competitive matches as a Real Madrid player. But the 27-year-old didn't seem happy in the game and told reporters it was for professional and not personal reasons.

"I didn't celebrate the goals because I'm a little sad. The people inside the club know why it is. I'm not going to say anything more," the Portuguese player told reporters.

Ronaldo said his sadness had nothing to do with the fact that he wasn't named UEFA's best player in Europe which was given to Andres Iniesta.

"There are more important things than that," he said.

Spanish newspapers started to speculate that Ronaldo's days at the Real Madrid may be over and that the player has expressed dissatisfaction at the club, according to papers Punto Pelota and El Larguero.

Rumors say that Ronaldo is unhappy about how the club treated his close friends Kaka, Ricardo Carvalho and Fabio Coentrao.

Other reports claim Ronaldo is mad about Brazilian player Marcelo who claimed that Iker Casillas should win the Ballon d'Or in a recent interview.
