Former Model Tells Shocking Story On Bill Cosby's Alleged Assault, Read It Here

On Wednesday, Billboard posted an interview with Grammy nominee Malcolm-Jamal Warner who's also known for playing Cosby's son on the classic sitcom The Cosby Show. The child star had only nice things to say about his former TV dad where he expressed some sympathy.

"He's one of my mentors, and he's been very influential and played a big role in my life as a friend and a mentor," Warner said. "Just as it's painful to hear any woman talk about sexual assault, whether true or not, it's just as painful to watch my friend and mentor go through this."

Even though Warner made it clear that he doesn't know if any of the assault accusations are true, he has his own interpretation of who Cosby really is.

"I can't really speak of any of the allegations because obviously, I was not there," Warner said. "The Bill Cosby I know has been great to me and great for a lot of people. What he's done for comedy and television has been legendary and history-making. What he's done for the black community and education has been invaluable. That's the Bill Cosby I know. I can't speak on the other stuff."

According to People Magazine, more than 30 women have accused Cosby of sexual assault and he has denied the allegations.
