Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) now holds the title of King, and the warrior's newfound power may make him even more critical of Denmark's new prince. Continuing to fight by his father's side, Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) received a brutal chastisement in a new Vikings promo (see video below).
"You have the strength of a man but the will of a little girl," Ragnar spat as he caste a critical eye over his offspring. "I can't believe you are my son."

Poor Bjorn, no wonder he will turn to his Uncle Rollo (Clive Standen) more and more as he leaves his childhood behind.
"Rollo & Bjorn can learn a lot from each other...and they will in season 3," Standen tweeted in September.
Historically, Bjorn grows up to be even more powerful than his father ever was. As Vikings moves forward, series creator Michael Hirst will start to let Ludwig's character come into his own as an adult. Surprisingly, this will also mean becoming more like Ragnar.
He was a boy in the second season and I really tried to play that...and in season three he's a man," Ludwig told TV Fanatic at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con. "You see him learning and really taking after his father."
