Chuck Norris posted a political ad to his YouTube account this week, and though the actor doesn't endorse Mitt Romney outright, he says America is doomed if the country doesn't "change direction."

Norris appears in the ad, titled "Chuck Norris' dire warning for America," alongside his wife Gena O'Kelley in what seems to be the couple's home karate studio. The pair quotes Ronald Reagan and warns that America's freedoms could be in jeopardy.

"We're at a tipping point and quite possibly our country as we know it may be lost forever if we don't change the course our country is headed," Norris said in the ad. "We can no longer sit quietly or stand on the sidelines and watch our country go the way of socialism, or something much worse."

Norris likely chose not to give Romney a straightforward endorsement because the "Walker, Texas Ranger" star had already backed Newt Gingrich earlier in the Republican campaign. But the ad targets conservative Christians, urging them that the low turnout among that demographic contributed to President Barack Obama's victory in 2008.

"It is estimated that in the 2008 election, 30 million evangelical Christians stayed home on voting day and Obama won the election by 10 million votes," O'Kelley said in the video.
