Adele Baby Bump: Singer Shows Off Bump But No Wedding Ring
Adele, 24, stepped out in London , and displayed her prominent baby bump in a long, gray dress and blue sweater on Sept. 4.
The pair was spotted leaving a London hospital and making their way into a waiting car.
But one important thing was missing: a wedding ring.
Last week, the Grammy-winning singer tried to squash rumors that her and boyfriend Simon Konecki had secretly tied the knot.
Although, the pair have not been wed, an onlooker said they appeared "very happy and caring" as he helped the mom-to-be get to the vehicle safely, reported the New York Daily News.
Although Adele announced her pregnancy in June, the U.K.'s "Heat" declared she was due sometime this month.
However, she has not made a statement specifying whether or not she is sporting a nine-month bump.
Adele has also been made the subject of a Life & Style story that claimed she and her beau were married in a secret ceremony.
Rumors of the alleged nuptials began after the singer was spotted wearing a gold band on her wedding finger during a stroll around London on July 30.
"She's wanted to settle down and start a family for ages," a source told the magazine at the time. "Adele doesn't see any point in wasting time."
But Adele let her fans know - via Twitter - that her and Konecki have not said their vows: "I'm not married . . . Zzzzzzz."
But she hasn't kept mum about wanting to be a mum.
"I really want to be a mum," she told People magazine in February, saying she wanted to have three sons by the age of 30. "I better start getting on with it!"
