‘Full House’ Reunion: Cast Reunites For Show Creator’s Birthday, Rumors Of Revival Series Begin Swirling Once Again [VIDEO]
Despite their show ending 20 years ago this spring, the cast of Full House is still a close-knit family!
Bob Saget and Ashley Olsen Reunite
Several members of the still-popular, now syndicated sitcom all gathered together over the weekend to celebrate their show creator, Jeff Franklin's birthday-and their reuniting has sparked some more interest in whether or not they would consider doing a reunion show.
Cast members including Bob Saget, John Stamos, Lori Loughlin, Candace Cameron Bure, Andrea Barber and Jodie Sweetin all got together to celebrate Franklin's birthday, and certainly didn't hesitate to put some photos out on social media to help drive fans crazy with their reunion.
Lori Loghlin and Candace Cameron Bure Spotted Together
"It's looking like a Full House kind of night," Loughlin captioned a photo she posted on Instagram of herself with two of her former on-screen nieces, Bure and Sweetin. She later followed up that image with one featuring herself, Bure, and her one-time Wake Up San Francisco co-host, as well as another image that she took with her former on-screen husband.
Saget also got in on the fun, posting an image of himself and Stamos, which he captioned "was apparently at a great birthday party last night for Jeff Franklin with my brutha."
However, the biggest treat for fans came from Barber's account, where she shared a video that featured the cast all reuniting on stage to sing Franklin a special song for his birthday celebration-and it wasn't Happy Birthday.
"Only for you, Jeff Franklin. Only for you. Happy Birthday. #everywhereyoulook #whatsmyline? #onlyknewthechorus #cantgetthisdamnsongouttamyhead," she captioned a video of the cast singing the show's theme song.
Rumors the cast was considering a reunion shot fired up last summer, with many speculating a return for nearly all the cast in an updated version of the show. There has yet to be any confirmation that such a reunion is in the works, or that any plans for one truly exist.
